Section 01

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Kyouz platform — including the iOS or Android customer app, the business web console, display boards, or API — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

Section 02

Description of services

Kyouz provides a multi-tenant service coordination platform enabling businesses to manage queues, bookings, orders, customer notifications, loyalty programmes, and related service operations. Features depend on the subscription plan and industry configuration.

Section 03

Accounts and registration

Customer accounts require a verified mobile phone number. Business accounts require a valid email and completion of onboarding. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Section 04

Business (tenant) terms

Business access is subscription-based and per-location. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws, the accuracy of your business information, and ensuring your staff use the platform appropriately. You are the data controller for your customers’ information processed through Kyouz.

Section 05

Payments and billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at period end. Kyouz does not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.

Section 06

Acceptable use

You must not: violate any applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit spam or malicious content, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer the platform, or use the platform for fraudulent or harmful activities.

Section 07

Intellectual property

The Kyouz platform is owned by Kyouz. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of content you upload.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kyouz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
